On my way to visit my mother in the nursing home, I discovered the A&M excursion train unloading a patron in a wheelchair from the parlor car.

We then see the locomotive changing ends of the train while the riders shop in downtown Van Buren.

These units are sitting outside the new shop building in Springdale. Note bell is missing from #46. I believe that it is now on the front of the new SD70Ms. I believe this unit and #60 are working at the power plant on the Missouri and Northern Arkansas.

This new building is roughly where the first C420s were rebuilt.

This A&M sand car is seen near the new shop in Springdale.

This freight is seen switching the yard in Muskogee, OK.

This empty unit coal train is heading north approaching Shawnee Drive in Muskogee. It is taking the former KO&G line north and across the Arkansas River.

A northbound freight is seen crossing Broadway in downtown Muskogee,

The offices of the Muskogee Daily Pheonix & Times Democrat have the appearance of a railroad station. The paintings are on the east wall of the opeing between buildings that are on Broadway and the paper office.

These units are parked outside of the yard office.

After lunch that power pictured above is seen on a freight switching the yard.

A loaded unit coal train is seen approaching Broadway in Muskogee.

The next train was a southbound grain train at Broadway crossing.

The BNSF power is seen returning from the UP yard in Muskogee and about to cross Broadway.

The power is next seen after it crossed Cherokee Ave on its own track on its way back to its own yard.

The power is next seen as it approaches the crossing of Gibson St.

I next discovered this UP local at the Shawnee Bypass.

The local then blocked the crossing, causing me to get out of my car for these views of a loaded unit coal train.

The local finally backs down into the yard.

As I drove toward the UP tracks down Okmulgee Ave in Muskogee, the crossing gates for the UP went down and the BNSF switcher was returning to their own track with some cars from the UP yard.

The only other locomitves I saw before dark, no trains, were these leased units parked in front of the yard office and a former SP unit in the engine service area.

I had to do some shopping in Tulsa. When I finished, I headed to West Tulsa and caught this switcher set returning to Cherokee Yard.
