Frisco GP7 #540 is crossing the Frisco and Missouri Pacific main lines at Kansas Ave. as it leaves Georgia Street Yards for its trip to President's Island. Note the traffic lights hanging over the crossing. The traffic light was controlled by the Frisco operator who once shared the Kentucky Street "Tower" with the Arkansas & Memphis Railway Bridge & Terminal Co. operator. |
