This power is in Wister, OK powering a detour train on the Frisco and Rock Island due to a derailment that took down the mainline bridge over the Poteau River.

Here we see the power pushing on the rear of one of the detour trains on the Frisco heading to Wister, OK, detouring around the Poteau River bridge which a train wreck tour down.
